Taylor Wills is a family-run business aiming to provide an efficient, friendly and professional service to clients in the Cheshire and Greater Manchester area.

We aim to provide a service that is no different to instructing a solicitor to write your will. So, unlike some other Will writing services, we can assure all clients that:

• Everyone at Taylor Wills is legally qualified to at least qualifying degree level.
• All our wills are checked and certified by our consultant solicitor.
• We take your satisfaction seriously. You can have your will redrafted at no extra cost until you are happy with it.

We are certain that there is no disadvantage to using our service over a solicitor. What is more, we can visit you at your home at no extra cost to take instructions or to help you execute your will.

Meet the team

Tony Taylor LLB (Director) is a retired solicitor, who has advised thousands of clients to date. He has considerable experience in dealing with elderly clients.

Piers Taylor BA (Oxon) (Will Drafter) is a graduate in law from the University of Oxford. He has completed a CPD Private Client conversion course and can provide advice on Wills, Trusts, Inheritance Tax issues and Powers of Attorney.

Susan Taylor LLB, LLM (KCL) (Consultant Solicitor) is practising Solicitor, who specialises in Family Law and frequently drafts Wills for her own clients. She certifies our Powers of Attorney and also certifies our Wills as part of our Wills Certification Scheme to give our clients peace of mind.
